The film Draw Me a Bridge, directed by Jean-Daniel Lafond, will have its world premiere at WIFF 2026. This documentary explores the unique relationship between two cities: Windsor, Ontario, and Detroit, Michigan. While political tensions between the two countries are palpable, a new international bridge is taking shape.
Season 2 of *Espèces d’ordures* won two Gémeaux Awards at the 2026 gala: Best Documentary Series (Science, Nature, and Environment) and Best Direction – Documentary Series (Science, Nature, and Environment).
